Lets Dance

Last night was keira Leigh's Big Dance night! She has been in dance for two years but was to young the last one. She not only looked Beautiful but was so excited to be up on stage and show off her dance.
It was such a long night not over till 10:30 but she did wonderful a little scared and I'm not sure she knew about All the people that were going to be there lol... but it was great!
So we will have a break until the fall when we might see what else is out there for dance! we shall see. but here look at my beautiful little angel we are so proud of;)

Evening Hike

So on Friday last week we decided to take a hike up in the mountain one we haven't yet been on. Keira is such a little trooper she loves the outside and loves hiking!! we had a great walk found lots of cool things in the nature.Enjoyed the smells of the fresh air and earth. it amazing to find some of the beautiful things that God has created nestled in the woods. We then ran out of sun light as we always do:)Here are the sites of our hike!

Tea For Two..

Oook forgive me but your going to get like 3 post in one day! i have not been on top of things what so ever:(  i wanted to start with sharing this little find that made my day
the other day my mom found this very cute little tea set! I love tea sets and have been looking for something like this just didn't want to spend the money. but this was a yard sale special for only $5 dollars. way to go mom!!! so now keira and i have tea for two!!
very excite to use it with my girl:)

Mothers Day..

Yesterday was mothers day!
After calls to everyone to wish the ones we love happy mothers day we then had a yummy breakfast and took some time getting around. when we were finally ready we went to Gettysburg for the afternoon and that turned into a whole day! but it was beautiful weather and the town was fun as always:) we had some great ice cream and got some rebel red wine to celebrate the day. we then had plans to take out the kayaks but the rain was on its way so we just met my family for about an hour at the lake to fish and catch some tadpoles! it was a good mothers day:) we finished the night with the lion king on a pile on blankets on the floor and oatmeal for dinner! I hope everyone else had a beautiful mothers day!..

5 Min break...

Hey there!
i am taking a 5 min break this morning before i run out the door again today! it has been one of those non stop weeks where there is some place to go every single day! and it wont stop till Sunday...
Work, Grocery shopping, dance class, doctors apt. , Sally's ,back to work tomorrow and trying so hard to keep this house in order with the bathroom still being worked on! All in all its been a good week:)
the bathroom project is just a few steps away from being all done. it doesn't even look like the same room I'm so proud of Karl and his handy work;)
Keira and i took a break last night for her to play dress up and i played with my camera. I love the imagination of a little girl a crown, dress and slippers can make you a real princess and flutter with joy! i hope her sense of imagination never gets lost. she makes our hearts so happy!
Well I'm out of here for awhile places to go people to see like that cute husband of mine for lunch;) enjoy the sun everyone!

Pretty Stuff..

I want to start with telling about my beautiful gift for mothers day i had been wanting and saving for and had no idea i was getting!
Friday my sweet husband told me he had some places to stop on the way home for work but he didn't of course! when he got home he hid notes with such sweet little hints as to where to go next ALL over inside outside inside and back outside till i ended up at the trunk of my car where i found my canon rebel 3T and another lens!! i was so shocked!! i love him and keira more then there are words for.
guess i better get on top of fathers day;)
Then Saturday morning before the faerie fest we spent the morning planting the garden and playing with the camera taking pics. around the outside of our home!
i have been back at work going on 3 weeks now and I'm still alive so that has to count for something. thankful for a job and thankful for our other many blessing that brought me back to work but i do pray for God to open up the next door that will not allow me to be back there to long! well have a great week and here is some of the pretty things around our home!
