Peaceful Thursday..

Its just a thursday nothing grand about it what so ever other then the sun is out and this evening katie kerry and i get to go and have pedicures and coffee! it will be a nice little time to rest:)
Today there is a bunch of laundry and dishes but instead keira and i grabbed a blanket our books and my coffee and settled in the grass under the tree for a long while doing nothing! it was wonderful;)
the next two days i work so i will take advantage of it while i can!
saturday i have a morning date planned for karl and i, cant wait to just relax with him<3 i hope everyone has a peaeful thursday!!

Rails And Trails..

This day we broke down and bought the bike trailer! was not cheap but great investment so i will be ok with it:) we then hooked up the NEW bike trailer to our very RETRO bikes and hit the rails and trails! we had a great evening and did about 8 miles, we saw lots of deer and came across a graveyard from 1830's it was a little creepy...i think this will be a regular event for us. however we are slowly going to replace the retro bikes with some new ones starting with karls next month and mine next year! but hanging on to our oldies but goodies they are to beautiful to not give them some love!
we have so many things we can do this summer that does not cost excited to get out and do them! i hope everyone has a beautiful week no doubt it will be awhile longer till i return with anything new!!

Just Some Gal Time!

We spent some time last week going to have some dessert while karl went golfing. My mom,sister,keira and grandmother! we went to one of the cutest little places in hagerstown the rhubarb house with the best desserts! love it here.
Then on monday we went to see katie since we haven't been back since move in day spent the afternoon then walking around town and getting lunch and coffee! it was good :)

Fathers Day Gift!..

Hello there! it has been awhile now so ill be catching up today with a few new post.
this post was for fathers day! i had to work on fathers day so we did ours on that Thursday keira and i got Karl tickets to a baseball game! it was keiras first and she loved it. Karl i believe really enjoyed his beautiful evening spent in Baltimore watching the game and eating unhealthy food! it was fun:) we love celebrating daddy!!
I hope everyone else had a beautiful fathers day spent with the ones they love.

Happy Anniversary To Us!!!

Well yesterday was our 7 year wedding anniversary!!! 7 years ago i married my very best friend, soul mate, love and world! It hasn't been super easy God has been seeing us through alot but without him it wouldn't be right!!
We went to the eastern shore to spend our weekend together, our first time away from keira and she had a blast and so did we!
We stayed at a beautiful place called Osprey Point and spent both days in St. Michael's the cutest little town, we went out on the bay watched the sunset went shopping ate ALOT and rested. it was like life was pouring back into our souls. we were sad to leave. But this beautiful weekend marks a change and a beautiful NEW year! so thankful for Gods grace and mercy and for Karl hartman!!Today starts 8 years <3

Can i take this home!

7 years!

Well its been a very long week lots of ups and downs of life. But this monday we celebrate our 7 yr wedding anniversary! the day i married my best friend and soul mate! this monday marks lots of good changes for the next 70;) years! God guiding us every step of the way. last week karl and i got something special together, our first tattoos! we both got anchors on our wrist for the other, and they stand for us being each others anchors and come what may we will hold each other and the center of a anchor sits a cross puts God in the center where he needs to be!!!
Also today we leave for the eastern shore to spend two days and one night we are excited to get away!

Also my pappy leisher and Joann are up for a few days we got to see them yesterday for breakfast and im sure we will see them again when we get back from our small trip but while we are away keira will be spending time with mimi and papa while seeing her pappy leisher and joann! she will love her time:)

Window box, Sweet Frog and Rainbows...

Well I'm late as always!Last week we spent the weekend seeing Katie and James new home and sweet frog one day. it was nanny and pappy first trip there and needless to say it will not be their last one;)
Karl was working on building window box's for awhile now and last weekend we got them done and up we then went to the green house to fill them with the sweet smell of flowers. they look so good to!!
we were also blessed with a beautiful double rainbow, of course keira can find the magic in that! so it was a pretty good weekend lots of ups and downs but Good!

The Bathroom

So i talked about us starting to redo our bathroom awhile ago but i wanted to do a start to finish post for that alone so here it is! this bathroom has been an eye sore since the day we got the house and finally it got the face lift it needed. it still needs a few little things but for the most part it is done and looks totally new! so pleased with it..
